Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BizCardGo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Usage

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use custom CSS or profile content to inject malicious code or impersonate others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create (card designs, profile data, uploaded images). By using the Service, you grant BizCardGo a limited license to display and process your content as necessary to operate the platform.

The BizCardGo name, logo, and platform code are the property of BizCardGo and may not be copied or used without permission.

5. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of order. Orders are non-refundable once production has started. If there is a defect in your product, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

6. Digital Profiles

Your published digital profile is publicly accessible at your chosen URL. You are responsible for the content you publish. BizCardGo does not monitor or moderate profile content proactively, but may remove content that violates these terms upon notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BizCardGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your profile will be unpublished and your personal data removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. NFC cards already in circulation will show a "profile not found" page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
