When you build a digital profile we store the contact information, social links, images, and other content you choose to include. We also collect standard usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain your account and digital profile.
• To process and fulfill orders for NFC products.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets).
• To improve our platform and troubleshoot issues.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL databases with row-level security (RLS) policies. Uploaded images are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt via Supabase Auth.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party analytics (if enabled) may use cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Public Profiles

If you publish a digital profile, the information you include (name, title, company, social links, etc.) is publicly accessible at your profile URL. You can unpublish your profile at any time from the Digital Profile editor.

6. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. To request a full data export or account deletion, contact us at support@bizcardgo.com.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate BizCardGo:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and deployment.
• Payment processor — for order payments (details provided at checkout).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
